Eating maggie in pregnancy
Hello..This is my second pregnancy and i am in third trimester.i ate maggie once in my pregnancy that too in seventh month.is that anything to worry?!

Nothing like should not eat .since it is a maida product and some preservatives chemicals would have been incorporated in the process of making.,so not advisable to anyone as a daily breakfast.

Hello It is not healthy as it is a instant food with preservatives and refined flour.sometimes loaded with lots of vegetables or you can prepare noodles with wheat base noodles and maggi masala and lots of vegetables.

Maggi has preservatives and maida. Which causes bloating and secondly it's empty calories no nutrition, so recommended to avoid. If you have eaten it's not going to harm baby.
