Easy weight gains

My problem is my weight ... even though i do exercises and maintain my diet but wenever i leave my exercise for a week or two to three days ...i gain weight ..can you please suggest some solution to it..

Hi, Some regular healthy changes in your lifestyle can help, try to follow these. Have very light dinner by 8pm. Eat slowly n chew your food well, take at least 20min to finish a meal. Avoid maida n sweets in any form, avoid deep fried items. Follow exercise daily in the morning, add green tea to your diet. Sleep after 2hrs of dinner. Try to walk for 10 min after dinner. Sleep well. Get your hormones checked.

Some body type have frequent weight gain tendency eat low fat high fibre diet as well as do regular 50 mnts physical activity and check your water retention level ,do you have more weight in evening or in morning. How much water you take daily and what about your daily routine system.

After any physical activity metabolism levels increase, without exercise ur utilisation level low which may lead to obesity. Do small or little exercises with healthy dietplan. Do walk for 15 -20 mins daily. Have homemade soups (veg or dal) in dinner.
