My friend understanding pcod treatment as her periods where prolonged used to take more than a month.. after starting treatment she observed period at first 2 month were on time but last month it appears 7 days before and more its less than 10days for last period she again started period.. is it normal? Treatment she is taking is added in attachment

The gap between 2 day one of the periods can normally be between 21 to 37
The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi
Till then novelon can be used to regulate periods
