My friends are in their mid thirties and are trying for a baby. They haven't been able to try naturally due to timing mismatch. All the reports are normal and the sperm count is high too. They have tried 2 IUIs treatment but both failed. While scanning for the 2nd IUI the doctor mentioned that he saw something like polybs in the scan but wasn't sure. Post IUI treatment my friend had frequent spotting and early periods (early by 10-12 days) and then again in 10-12 days. Before the IUI treatment the period was absolutely normal. What could be the reason for failed IUI/ early periods? And what should be the next line of treatment?
