Good evening .
I'm having ear pain with ringing sensation from 3 days.
Took dolo.
No improvement.
Kindly help me

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from ear ache with ringing sensation that's known as tinnitus.
There's some pathology in the inner ear.
As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take the consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient to a doctor then correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start.

do test as Rinne test ,and CT scan or MRI of scan and CBC and ESR and LFT and kFT and
thyroid profile and CRP and Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 .
