If pain is mild ,then u don't need any medication
As if u are pregnant, u can take tab paracetamol 500mg if it's unbearable
But the cause for toothache shd be ruled out
It is not a common symptom of covid. If it is mild it can be conservatively managed, however if it is severe it needs to be evaluated further. Kindly consult for full diagnosis and treatment.
