Dysentery and vomiting

Dysentery and vomit occur 2 times and weakness .what to do and what's the cause .is it of bcoz cold or other reason. Not drink enough water before sleeping last night.

Eat banana,apple,curd etc and plenty of juice without ice and avoid hot preparations
