Dull pain in left testicle

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am having this dull pain in my left testicle for some time and the pain increases when I wear a tight underwear for scrotal support and I have to adjust it. My ultrasound is completely normal. I have attached it here. CAN YOU TELL MY WHY IS THIS PAIN AND WHEN WILL IT GO AWAY?

Its just bcos of tight underwear which squeezes ur testicles in a particular position...So try wearing normal fit underwear so that u wont have pain in ur testicles and then we can decide whether u need any further investigations or not...As of now everything s normal as per ur usg report...
