Dry fruits for baby
Hi doctor. My baby is 8th month old. She is very active and healthy baby. From when can I start dry fruits and non veg for her?

You can start fresh fruits like apple and banana and oranges. Almonds , pista and cashew broken

Add in the powdered form in any food /milk.

Make a powder if it and sprinkle over semi solid food that is culturally accepeted and home based. Avoid all animal protien till 1 year of age.

Dear parents, According to me stop milk from 8amto8pm and give semisolid diet like Dal,dalia,khicdi alu kela rice,apple,upama,halwa,patolia,rab,kadi idle poha satu custard etc and from 80pmto8am give mother milk is preferable. Dry fruits in paste can be given. Avoid spicy food &non veg .
