2 month old baby sleeping a lot
My baby is 52 days old and he had 6th week vaccination pm Wednesday ( 20th March) and he had fever post vaccination for 1.5 days and it's over.
But after that he continuoy sleeping in a day and he js active for 30min to 1 hour only .Urine output is 15 times a day and weight is 4.9kg now .
Should i see doctor ?

If lethargy, irritability, reduced oral intake,fever ..then visit physically to nearby pediatrician.
