I have Dry Eyes. I sit and work in computer for nearly 11 hours in office. I'm using right now eye drops lubricators for every 3 hours and ointment at night for it

continue lubricant drops and oint. take omega 3...cap once daily for one month and follow some precautions.

follow 20. 20.formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes. keep proper distance between eyes and screen.don't sit facing towards A.C.. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.
