I am suffering from a dry cough when I talk to someone I get a cough (I get dry 2 dry coughs) since my cough has been for 3 weeks and is still not reduced. Please anyone suggest me

Did you took intial course of antibiotics and other supportive medication. Please get cbc done.
Syrup ascoril d twice a day 10 ml after food for 5 days. Warm saline gargle, avoid cold food.

Have u taken any antibiotics?
Any history of fever?
If no fever than take syrup Grilinctus BM.
If the issue is not resolve than go for CBC and chest X ray.
