According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from hypothyroidism. I need your report to see the value of TSH so that's I will make a prescription regarding the value of TSH.
Next Steps
you should follow good life style as take sufficient amount of water and take less spicy and fatty food and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation so that's TSH  value will also little be control by these modalities.
Health Tips
keep positive attitude to fight any disease and any problem of your life.

If your earlier reports are normal , and the TSH is elevated in recent report, repeat the thyroid function tests- T3 T4 TSH .If its found to be high you will consult doctor to decide further management.
