Esr is dependent on many factors especially your hemoglobin lavel unless associated with fever joint swelling and pain it carries little significance as long as it is less than twice Upper limit of normal so relax and stop worrying.

Do nothing. I have been telling my patients that Medicine as a Subject can't be as rigid as Technical Subjects. We start getting worried when someone comes with ESR 60 or 70 mm.
Minor variations in human beings are common place.

Your CBC is indicating an infection, that can increase the ESR.
As the infection is treated the ESR will come to normal
