My scene I try to insert penis in vagina once but penis not gone inside vagina with out condom and penis touch vagina and i think Fluids Then immediately I wear condom in penis and vagina sex done and no condom breakage and no slip after that I remove condom check penis mild skin break and redness Its all Hiv Risk Please Tell & i m so much in fear Even I taken viropil pep medicine for 23 days i taken daily 1 medicine daily at evening 6pm Please tell i can be save??? Redness or skin breakage of penis ,might be due to allergy from condom .it is not a specific symptom of hiv. Phlegum from mouth or ear ,not a specific symptom of hiv, and it might be due to URTI,ear infection or allergy .

With  pep u r totally safe. X ray chest pa view or hrct chest advisable. Tab Augmentine duo625 three times a day after food for 7to ten days.  Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days.  Ambrodil s syr5 ml twice n 10 ml at night for five days. When u r unprotected  n try to insert  is a lil moderate  risk exposure. You can go for test. Take  treatment  u will be  fine, not to stop pep.

There is no risk for HIV, if no direct contact with body fluids. Regarding phlegm, please share details of your symptoms. Get complete blood count with ESR,  blood sugar,  sputum and X ray chest done, share results. Then I can help you to heal.

Since there was no deeper penetration.... the risk of HIV transmission is extremely low... Post-exposure prophylaxis  should ideally be taken for the full 28 days. You didn’t mention whether you stopped or are still continuing the course. Please get an HIV test done as soon as possible, and repeat it at 3 months and again at 6 months for confirmation.. Don't get panic .... eventually you get better 🙃
