Hello doctor My 12years old son has a double canines tooth problem.infact one more tooth growing now .why it's happened and how to cure it.please help me.

The deciduous (milk) canine tooth has not fallen and the permanent canine tooth is coming so you need to visit the dentist and get the milk tooth removed and if the permanent canine is in favorable position then it will come in it's position else it needs to be brought by Orthodontic (braces)treatment.You can contact us for further queries.
