Hi there,
Your ultrasound report suggests that baby is little behind its actual age , not much though and weight is 2.5 kg which is good sign. Baby is not very weak.
This Doppler suggests that baby is not getting enough blood for the growth. So there is no point keeping baby inside for longer duration.
As baby gets matured after 37 weeks and Doppler is not very bad so it doesn't require immediate delivery.
But you should take specific care about the movement of the baby.
It should be minimum 12-15 movements per day.
Anything less at this moment requires delivery.
And get NST test done . It's like ecg for the baby.
If this is fine you can wait for few more days till it reaches 37. And get it done alternate days .
I will not suggest you to go beyond 37 weeks

Doppler shows intra utrine growth restriction, need careful monitoring of baby ie watch for babies kick count, non stress test for baby weekly, lie down in Left lateral position not straight not on your back, blood pressure monitoring, urine protein test, drink adequate water and fluids, report immediately gynaecologist if you feel reduced baby movements
Your baby blood flow is bit compromised but not bad at present.you are near term and if it becomes worse in next ultrasound then you might need to be induced for delivery .discuss in detail all this with your gynecologist
