Irregular gestational sac

My LMP was 9/1/2022
I had my 1st scan on 21st Feb, where there was no fetal pole & cardiac activity with an irregular gestational sac.
I was asked to repeat this scan after a week.
I had the next scan on 28feb. FHR was 112bpm & CRL 7.6mm.
I have also attached both the reports.
I want to ask that can irregular gestational sac have a viable pregnancy?? Is my pregnancy normal?
