Dual marker should be done before 13 weeks + 6 days + and cannot be committed as of now because after 5th month the placental location can literally be away from the US especially 2.5 CM

Generally at 3-4 month placenta is in slight low down in its position with the advance week it will go up by itself....so don't take tension of placenta for that repeat scan after 1 half month.....if NT/NB scan is normal then don't take much tension....but it is better go for dual marker as it will tell u about if any syndrome is there or not....
Dual marker test is absolutely necessary to rule out mental retardation
Placenta is low lying .. avoid pelvic jerk
Placenta shud migrate up by 22 to 24 weeks
