I don't feel like I am normal , I overthink about everything,I have a lot of ego sometimes I can't stop myself from talking sometimes,I don't feel like opening my mouth talking to anybody,I procrastinate a lot but when it comes to action I leave things and I don't even feel like social

Hi there...I can understand your concern. Try hanging out with friends, outdoor activities, involving yourself in your habits to relax your mind. Also kindly consult a psychiatrist for evaluation of your mental health. Sometimes there could be some deep seated trigger that is making you feel like that. They will be able to help you. Also it is always better to visit a psychiatrist with a family member. Hope this helps you.
