Dog licks my mouth (1 time only)
On 19th a pet dog of other person in my colony has licked my check and little bit of my mouth and the dog is still alive do I need vaccine for rabies? But their no cut or bite mark. Do I need arv?

Saliva lick , is not an issue.  Wash ur face that's it.  If scratch or any dog bite wound it would need anti rabies vaccine eith t/t
