I was bitten by my pet dog 1 month ago. I just got a single dose of rabies vaccine n tetanus as well... I recently read a news where a boy died after getting bitten by a pet dog was on vaccinated. Now I am scared about myself even though my pet dog is fully vaccinated. He doesn't have rabies and is fully healthy dog. Many times I have come in contact with his saliva but nothing happened till now. He has been at home since two years
Is vaccine really needed? I read US guidelines we are the state that if the dog lives beyond 10 days then no risk
