I have a dog bite scratch around 6 yrs ago It is only a minor one no blood occur due to scratch Do i still have risk of rabies infection I have heard of cases where rabies symptoms occurs even after 10 yrs

Theoretically yes. You have a risk of Rabies. But you have the risk of so many other things also. You have a risk of meeting with an accident every day. Have you ever bothered to think about it?  Similarly you should not think about Rabies too. By the way, it is too late to get worried because you can do nothing about your dog bite/scratch you had 6 years ago.
