Dog attack not sure bite
A stray dog chased today and kept it's nose or mouth(hit on ankle i could feel for a second) but i couldn't figure out if it was a bite or not in panic. I washed my legs with soap and detol and got a tt shot in a local clinic. There are no scratches or bite marks (examined by a doctor) but i am still afraid that i might get rabies in future...i feel a burning sensation in that area though no physical marks or bruises. In this case shall i take vaccine in govt.hospital even if the dog didn't bite?. Pls. Advise doctor.

Since you have mentioned that there are no bruises or bite marks , you no need to take rabies vaccine. Its good that you have taken Tetanus toxoid injection. You have not provided any photo of the affected area .So according to your words , i would advice you not to take rabies vaccine. Without photo of the affected area it is difficult to decide . You can take a consultation from practo app or else visit nearby Physician for confirmation.
