Does thyroid tables prevent weight reduc
I have been taking thyroid tables and I am exercising a lot but I am not losing weight. I have controlled my food intake as well.. Kindly advise

Make one hr of gap of tablet n any food n drink inthe morning. Dnt make long gap in between meals. Take more of citrus fruits and take 2 ltrs of water in a day.. Dnt let ur mood overstress so balance that too. Tcare n u ll gt difference.

Hii.. Hope you are doing good.. Controlling food intake won't help.. It's the proper diet that you should follow yo get good results along with the physical activity and healthy lifestyle.. I would like to know your height, weight, any other medical issues except thyroid and medications and supplements that you are taking for proper planning as along with the weight loss, we cater medical issues too ie health will be improved with time also..
