Gaining weight due to Thyroid
Since thyroid I have been gaining lot of weight. Double chin. I am not able to decide on my diet chart as I HV thyroid.. kidney stone and uric acid. So combination doesn't work

Hello Hypothyroidism and weight go hand to hand because hypothyroidism result in slowing down of metabolism. There is special plan for hypothyroidism. I will definitely take care of ur uric acid and kidney stone problem
