Does medication affect academics?
I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, anxiety and depression more than a year ago.
I have been on high doses of medicines
My current medicines are Aripirazole 5mg,
Parocalm 12.5mg and Ezolac plus
I work in an office, I have difficulty in focusing and remembering

I think you may have misinterpreted your diagnosis. Based on the treatment you have described, schizophrenia does not seem to be the most likely diagnosis, because the treatment you are receiving is not the standard treatment typically used for schizophrenia.
It is possible that you may have depression, comorbid anxiety, or another condition for which this treatment has been prescribed.
Some medications can affect concentration, particularly during the initial days of treatment. However, as the brain and body gradually adjust to the medication and the underlying condition improves, concentration problems often improve gradually as well.

Cognitive difficulties can occur due to the illness itself, anxiety/depression, sleep issues, or medications. Aripiprazole at 5 mg is less likely to cause significant cognitive impairment, but an individual assessment is needed. Please discuss this with your treating psychiatrist before changing medication.
