Do I need scaling polishing?
I have a stroll on come on the top left of my teeth and it feels a bit different when I touch from my tongue though there is no pain but it is swollen from last two days. Can you please look at my teeth and tell me that I need scaling and polishing or is there anything else?

Just looking at a photo in the angulation provided by u is not the equivalent of a dental check-up .. it's not that simple.. u have to visit a dentist if u really want to know what's going on in ur mouth!
