Regular is a relative term.Watching porn is not equivalent to porn addiction as long as it doesn't consume the person 's daily activities .It is the same with masturbation. It should not be the only activity to give a release.If a person neglects actual physical relationship with a partner and preference is to porn and masturbation then it could be an obsession. Still symptoms of talking to self might indicate severe psychopathology.
