Your Vit B12 levels seems to be lower than the normal range. As you're having associated symptoms as well, I would like to know what kind of diet you eat? Does your diet include non-vegetarian food as well? Or is it completely vegetarian even without eggs?
Next Steps
Vit B12 supplements should be the treatment option to you.
Health Tips
Can say it affirmatively only after detailed history of yours along with other blood parameters.
