Do you have difficulty in swallowing?
Fever?
Swollen tonsil could be infection causing referred pain to ear.
DNS if it’s acute and completely blocking your right nasal cavity should be surgically corrected.
Get CT PNS.
So this DNS if It is causing symptoms right now like tonsil swelling and ear pain ,so first we need to do some medications. And if it causes recurrent problem then you require surgery for DNS. Have you got any CT scan or x-ray done?If yes please share.
