Please check your BMI, avoid eating fast food and oily food, stay hydrated and check your daily water intake. If you are obese please try doing some workouts to reduce the weight.

Avoid having large meals Check bp. If low take plenty of fluids Make sure no ear pain ...get ent checkup if so Plenty of fluids Adequate rest Hb, vit d , vit b12 tests
