Dizziness on Getting Up
Alright so I'm on a strict diet for about 2 weeks, I'm trying to lose weight. I'm an online student so most of the time I'm laying on bed apart from that I also walk around 7000-8000 steps in the evening. I'm cutting(deficit) around 1000-1200calories everyday, including BMR. So for the past 3-4 days whenever I get up from bed and stand, my head just spins around for around 5-6secs. I want to know is this due to less calories/nutrients intake or do I need to get a checkup for something specific? (like Less Blood Sugar levels etc.) Also, it would be really helpful if you can tell about the treatment, like what should I do so that this doesn't happen.

Hello, It is really amazing the depth in which you are giving number of steps and calorie consumption etc. I would like to understand the kind of food you are consuming and timings. We can't just look at calories to cut weight, we need to look at other supporting nutrients as well, because they are the ones that affect the utilization of Carbs, fat etc. Do help me understand the same so we can work on it further.
Next Steps
Start eating wholesome foods and consult a nutritionist at the earliest. We wouldn't want you land up in the hospital with much severe issues than what was ideally a weight loss journey
Health Tips
Take care. Get a nutritionist at the earliest

Hi, good to know that you want to shed few pounds.  Maintain your calorie consumption to 1200 kcals/day( actually this should be based on your  BMI). Ofcourse it is because of sudden changes in your eating pattern with less amount of  energy consumption.  Drink plenty of water, include plenty of fruits, vegetables(as these foods comes with less calories and keeps you full for longer period) dry fruits in your diet,  along with that do some form of physical activity.
