Dizziness, imbalance
I have been suffering from dizziness since some months now. It aggravates before period but on and off its always there, just before period it's somewhat like vertigo at times. At times it makes me feel nauseated, at times I am able to control my balance but at times I am not. I have checked BP through my home machine.. at times its low and at times its a bit on higher side. I am just 30 years old. My ecg is fine. Heart pulse is constantly on higher side .. it has shown min 85 and highest 116 in last two days. And I have no idea if it's related to ENT or cardio or neurology or brain. Please advice me what to do. My blood tests are all normal and I take thyronorm for hypothyroidism (have been suffering from it since 11 years). Thank you P.S. I have recently been diagnosed with cervical pain too, where my chest..arms and back would pain real bad. After medication I am better. I have a lipoma on my left specualar side. It's quite big in size.. more than 5cm..

It is not uncommon to experience dizziness 4-5 days prior to the menstrual cycle. There are several possible cause however it is likely related to the hormonal changes associated with menstruation or premenstrual syndrome. If you are dizzy throughout you may need a more detailed examination in order to rule out other common causes such as anemia, benign positional vertigo, labyrinthitis or vertiginous migraine. Please contact your physician to know more about the condition.
