I am having dizziness from past 2 days , when I stand up , I feel like chakkar aana ( dizziness ) what should I do what should be the reason ?????

Dizziness on standing up could be  light headeness due to a drop in blood pressure while standing up,or true dizziness resulting from middle ear problems.Try avoiding standing up suddenly.Drink plenty of water.If the symptoms bother you , consult with a ENT specialist.

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from Dizziness . Reason - can be many - like Deficiency of Haemorrhoid, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D, Low water intake, Low Electrolytes , And Any disease in the ear and brain and more cholesterol value etc . You should do some test like CBC ESR CRP LFT KFT and Electrolytes Profile And Urinalysis.
