Dizziness and Nausea feeling

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have dizziness and nuasea feeling whenever I view my computer screen for 5 minutes. This is accompanied by some choking and burning sensation near my chest with a vomiting feeling. I wear spectacles (spherical lens with -2.5 power on each eyes) and got my power checked 3 months ago. I've a desk job and have to generally work on computer for 8 hrs a day. But, I've not experienced this kind of dizziness and nausea feeling before. I also use a blue light filter spectacles especially for blocking harmful rays from computers. I'm a smoker and generally have beer like 3 days in a week. I don't eat much outside food and generally have home cooked meals. Please provide some cure for the same.
