Eye twitching (medically known as myokymia) is a harmless, involuntary spasm of your eyelid muscles. It is rarely a sign of a serious medical problem and usually resolves on its own within a fewdays

Your eye problems cannot be diagnosed online without seeing into your eyes. Your dizziness is not working with medication. So go for Epley maneuver. You can consult any doctor on Practo, how to do it.

As you are describing,  you could be having positional vertigo.Change position slowly. Without jerk. Take tab cinnarizine 25mg one every 8hours for 7 days. What is your vit d levels  currently? Get sugar, Haemoglobin,  thyroid profile, blood.pressure checked in. supine, sitting and standing positions and share results. Then I can guide you further.

Dizziness due to change in position is most likely due to inner ear problem. There are micro crystals in our inner ear which might get dislodged due to some issue which leads due head reeling or dizziness associated with change in head position. You should consult a nearby ENT Doctor physically so that they diagnose you and perform and teach you the exercises which will put the crystals back in their origin which would lead to recovery :)

Your symptoms may be due to vertigo, which can sometimes be related to an inner ear problem. I recommend consulting an ENT specialist for further evaluation and appropriate management.
