Diziness and nausea
Whenever I move my head, I feel dizzy. It doesn’t feel like an earthquake, but I do get dizzy — only with head movement. There’s also some pain in the back of my neck.

Hope you have no ear problem. Remove high pillow for sleeping. Take tab cinnarizine 25 mg every 8hours  for 6 days. Get serum vit. B12 and Haemoglobin tested and share results.

Dear patient us symptoms..suggested of cervicle spondylosis. Plz...follow some life style changes. 1) avoid prolonged use of screen or cell phone. 2.follow exercise for cervicle Medical management Tab calcium.vitd 3. Twice daily. Vitd3 60k iu once weekly..
