Got a small central disc protrusion at l4-l5
Mild posterior disc extrusion at l5-s1 abutting bilateral l5 existing and left s1 transversing nerve root...any suggestions on disk rehabilitation

Hi, Back pain without leg pain usually resolves with Physio - IFT. Once pain in controlled do back strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. If you got leg pain - try with traction first - if not working nerve root block will be effective for you
