Disc Bulges in MRI report
Got my MRI report in November 2019 because of lower back pain and after exercise and medication back pain got resolved but I'm worried about disc bulges in thoracic spine. Are there any chances of healing or they may progress into herniation?

Hello Practo User, Don't worry about MRI report and the disc bulges...they are perfectly normal for your age. So so don't think of healing or anything. Concentrate on keeping your posture right. Continue right exercises and take all the precautions. Regards.
