Disc bulge
I've been diagnosed with loss of lordosis and disc bulge in L4-L5 and S1. It started with a backpacking trip and a BD bus ride with no suspension on which my spine was constantly trust on the metal spine of the seat I was in, last year in April. It seems to slowly start resolving itself when 4 months later, I was forced into a similar bus ride, four months hence it has happened again. I just want to resolve it for good.
