Disc bulge
I have disc bulge in L5-S1 and it causing a radiating pain in left leg and lower back all the day and some times left leg toes were getting numb and senseless for some time and previously i used some inflammatory tablets Gabaptien neurone and took epidural injection but no use of them

If the disc bulge is significant (on MRI) and you are not getting any benefit from medication then surgery gives good relief from pain

Some time it takes more than one epidural to get the desired results. Also can add muscle relaxers as well. Short term medrol dose packs have also been used in some cases.
