Disc bulge
I have disc bulge in c5,6,7 & L5,6,S1. I am having tingling in left hand. Having back pain. And minor tingling in legs both. I have taken ten sessions of ift , SWD , tens. But still no improvement. I am taking axoguard & ME12& Gabapin. Please help.

Do some preventions like that avoid long sitting and toward bending long sitting and lifting heavyweight do strength exercise of spine and legs with physiotherapy treatment Then it will help u and tk vit b12

Consult a spine specialist in your region.... If the disc bulge is compressing the nerve extensively then IFT, TENS, and SWD will not help much.... Try getting traction and exercises done as you meet a spine consultant

Hello! According to your history u are having radicular symptoms . Its better to get evaluated by spine or Orthopedic specilized Physio and if possible get spinal decompressive therapy @ Physio centre for faster reduction in tingling sensation and then you can follow the home exercise, ergonomic advices. Regards
