Disc buldge neck
I have mild annoying pain starting from neck till middle back. I took a MRI scan it said disc bulge in cervical spine  (Disc C2 to C6). I was initially prescribed with D.F.O 4X Gel and neck exercise. When I followed this routine for 2 weeks I saw immediate remedy. But after 2 months of time, I have again got back this pain. What do I do?
