Difficulty in pregnancy
If someone is unable to conceive after trying ovulation induction and IUI considering tubes are open and husband sperm count is fine (kind of facing unexplained fertility), can she try for 2 more years naturally by stopping all before going for IVF? She has one child and her age is now 31 years. Can she try naturally sometime by simply stopping all treatments?

Amh should be good...and after 30 there is rapid decline of ovarian reserve...if okay than you can wait for one year otherwise not.

At age:31 not advisable Because if you have failed with ovulation induction and IUI chances of natural conception are unlikely
