Difficulty concentrating and persistent
I face very difficulty in concentrating and focusing on one task at a time, no matter how low effort the task is. While studying or learning something if the thing is interesting and easy for me,I get less distracted but I face problem being persistent with it I usually give up on it after 1-2 days. And again after some weeks or even months I resume it again. I can't even complete 1 chapter of a easy book in 3-4 months on my own self studying. I daydream excessively and zone out/ always busy in my own mind thinking about random useless things, that's why I have delayed reaction 8/10 times to outside things. And forgetting tasks or losing things in matter of mins.

Concentration is greatly dependent on your interest and curiosity about the subject at hand. If you do not find a subject particularly interesting, you are bound to feel a tad bit bored while trying to learn it. Here are a few easy study tips to help you stay on track: 1. Determine your study objectives: First and foremost, begin with the fundamentals and establish your study objectives. 2. Make a study schedule: Once you've decided what you want, you'll need to create a weekly study schedule. Make a schedule for everything. Your schedule may include when you should go to bed, when you should eat, and, most importantly, when you should study. 3. Don't lose sight of your priorities: No one can stop you from doing what you want, but if you don't meet your goals, you'll be the one who suffers the consequences. Remember that you are at university for a purpose, and if you lose sight of that rationale, nothing else will make sense. All the best!
