Sir I met with an accident 2 years back Leg was fractured After 2 surgeries bone was not healed Again I have to under go surgery for the same I've gained weight over the period due to physical inactivity Without causing any further complications on my leg my ortho doctor suggested me to weight loss Am a vegetarian Kindly suggest me a diet plan to lose weight and without losing nutrition to my bone recovery Kindly help

Hi Thank you for your query we will be happy to help you. For weight loss, Have your dinner early and keep it light. Have less rice, potatoes. Try to avoid outside food, processed food and  refined sugar as much as you can. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Have a glass of water half an hour before your meals. You need to take high fiber low fat followed by detox diet .Drink lot of water every day. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely .Please ask me directly for personalized diet plan for you.

Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30 % exercise help you in reducing weight . Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive oil,rice bran, mustard, saffola, sunflower oil in cooking Use 5 soaked almonds ,2 walnuts daily Drink 8-10glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato, arbhi, zimikand etc. Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned food products Avoid pickles and papad Avoid sour products like tamarind , amla ,vinegar

Hi, Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day’s energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Note: the given prescription can change according to different conditions.
