U can take barley/ rice / rawa/ fried flour gruel. Boilcook mash the vegetables and drink as a soup. Fruit smoothies, milk products, milk, with dryfruit finepaste, are the healthy supplements. Well cooked semisolid drinkable khicdi is also advicable. Greens with tomatoes blanched ,salt and pepper will make a good soup.

Hi Until you are completely recovered from teeth and jaw issues you can rely on soft and liquid foods which are completely ok and safe but keep the changing the foods and add variety in the form of gruels, soups, smoothies, milk shakes , fruit juices etc... have all foods in mashed form in order to have the complete overall benefit of all the nutrients .. Do not worry about your baby and it’s growth.. meanwhile until you are completely cured have these types of foods that are soft, smooth and easy to swallow liquid foods Thankyou Till the time your
