DIET PLAN CONSULTATION
So I am thinking of going with 2000 calorie diet by only eating oat meal, eggs, & drinking soup for a month to loose weight moreover to loose the beer I also do crunches & sit ups. MY work style is sedentary & I weigh around 86.
