I work in night shift which is permanent. I feel hunger all the time but when I eat as per my hunger it result in increase in my weight. I'm 25 year old and my weight is around 76 kg. I don't get it how can I manage my diet and weight. Please suggest

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
Try to go for healthy choice. But need to talk means consult before prescribing. If you work for night then planing will be done according so that diet will not effect you.
